Being "your own boss", possibly for the first time, can be challenging both from an emotional as well as a practical point of view. Some may be focusing on "business" and forgetting the rest of life, family, health and relaxation. Others have great ideas and are passionate about what they do, but may be completely forgetting the business side of self-employment. You may feel uncomfortable about the "selling" side of business and, if you work on your own, you may start feeling isolated and overwhelmed. Some at this point will give up.

This workshop will help you recognise and understand the specific challenges you are facing. We will discuss the resources and tools that you can use to keep motivation and enthusiasm going when things get tough. You will carry out a self assessment and start developing an action plan to successfully identify and resolve challenges and turn them into opportunities.

Coaching Circles

A Coaching Circle provides a supportive environment that, using coaching techniques and group interaction, will help you achieve the results you seek. Each Circle takes place over a period of 4 weeks and will focus on a specific topic.

You will begin by identifying your goal and then proceed to develop a plan to accomplish it.

It is a co-creative process that empowers a group of individuals to explore on a deeper level their vision and core values in order to take the appropriate action steps to move their lives forward.
